Payment is processed through Paypal or Shopify payments, we do not receive any card or bank details.

We share your name and address with the Royal Mail or a chosen courier to deliver your order.

We may be asked to provide proof of the orders for our accounts to our accountant and HMRC.

We send marketing emails to customers that have subscribed. If you do not subscribe you will not receive any marketing emails.

Opting out of marketing emails

An email was sent to customers before the new guidelines with the option to subscribe, anyone who had previously subscribed was taken off the list.

If you have subscribed to our mailing list but decide you no longer wish to receive these emails you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button above any newsletter, or contact us at to ask for your details to be removed.

How We keep your data secure

We have security measures on all of the laptops and devices to ensure data is stored securely.

Any hard copies of your data is stored in a locked filing cabinet should we ever need to show my accounts to our accountant or HMRC.

Any information no longer needed is shredded with a cross shredder.

You can request a copy of all data we currently hold on file for you. We are legally required to provide this free of charge and within one month of the original request.
